Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of ERP for our higher education clients. This remote US role partners with campus leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions and drive adoption across the enterprise.

You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources, oversee operations, provide guidance on complex challenges, and shape the technology roadmap with a focus on reliability and business value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• 8+ years ERP systems experience with leadership.
• 3+ years people management in higher education.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Knowledge of SIS/ERP platforms in higher education.
• Governance, security, risk management for enterprise apps.
• Influence stakeholders and manage vendors.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
