Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for high‑education customers. You will guide a team of analysts and technical staff, aligning ERP initiatives with campus goals while partnering with executives and IT stakeholders.

You’ll drive ERP operations, transformations, and continuous improvement across the application landscape, ensuring secure, scalable, and effective enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for multiple customers.
• Develop and manage the ERP strategy, roadmap, governance, and standards.
• Lead, mentor, and develop ERP analysts and technical resources.
