Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education customers. You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources and partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable ERP solutions.

The role focuses on operating excellence, process standardization, system adoption, and the long-term technology roadmap while ensuring security and reliability across the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience including leadership.
• 3+ years of people management leading ERP teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, and automation in higher education.

• Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Lead ERP transformation, enhancement, and optimization from planning to implementation.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify process improvements and innovations.

• Lead, mentor, and develop ERP analysts and technical resources.
• Oversee administration, support, maintenance, and optimization of ERP platforms.
