Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation for higher education clients. Remote in the US, you will lead strategy, governance, and optimization of ERP platforms while mentoring a team of analysts and technicians.

You’ll partner with college leaders and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions, manage roadmaps, upgrades, and integrations, and promote standardization across departments.

Competenze

• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
