Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-scale ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education clients. Remote in the US, you’ll manage ERP initiatives and a team of analysts and technical resources to ensure reliable, secure operations.

You’ll partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable ERP solutions, standardize processes, drive adoption, and shape the long-term technology roadmap.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business or related field.
• 8+ years ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years people management in higher education.
• Experience with enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Knowledge of governance, security, and risk in enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP strategy, governance, and optimization initiatives.
• Manage ERP operations, upgrades, patches, and integrations.
• Direct testing, release management, and change management activities.
• Partner with business leaders to drive process improvement and adoption.
