Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation for higher education clients from a remote US location. You’ll lead ERP strategy, governance, optimization, and support, building a scalable roadmap and partnering with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver secure, efficient ERP solutions.

You will manage ERP operations and a team of analysts, focusing on governance, upgrades, integrations, and user adoption while aligning with

Formación

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience, including leadership.
• 3+ years of people management experience in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
• Experience leading teams that administer popular SIS/ERPs in higher education such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for a variety of customers.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap, aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP programs.
• Lead a team of ERP analysts and technical resources, setting goals and development plans.
• Partner with executive leaders and stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
