Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP initiatives for higher education clients. You will drive strategy, governance, and optimization across ERP platforms while leading a team of analysts and technical staff.
Collaboration with college leaders, IT teams, and vendors will shape the technology roadmap and operational excellence. You will guide ERP operations, manage upgrades and integrations, and champion standardization, security, and performance.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and higher education processes.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations and strategic initiatives for higher education clients.
- Develop and manage the ERP roadmap and governance frameworks.
- Lead a team of ERP analysts and technical resources; mentor and develop staff.
- Collaborate with executives and business stakeholders to identify process improvements.
