Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and transformation for higher education customers. This remote role in the United States focuses on driving standardized processes, scalable solutions, and continuous improvement across the ERP landscape.

You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources, partnering with college leaders and vendors to deliver secure, reliable ERP systems that support business objectives and long-term technology

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
Experience leading teams that administer popular SIS/ERPs such as Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar.
Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and organizational change initiatives.
Knowledge of governance, compliance, security, and risk management practices for enterprise apps.
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build partnerships at all levels.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for a variety of higher education customers.
Develop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for ERP programs.
Manage ERP roadmap and ensure alignment with growth and strategic objectives.
Oversee upgrades, patches, integrations, and system enhancements.
Monitor system health, user adoption, and operational metrics to drive improvement.
