Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy and governance for our higher education customers. You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions aligned with campus goals.
You will collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to drive standardization, adoption, and a long-term technology roadmap while balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, CS, business, or related field preferred.
- 8+ years progressive ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
- 3+ years people management in higher education.
- Experience leading ERP transformations, upgrades, and implementations.
- Knowledge of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, and workflows.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP strategy, governance, optimization, and support for higher education clients.
- Manage ERP team of analysts and technical resources to deliver initiatives.
- Develop ERP roadmap and align with campus goals and growth.
- Oversee governance frameworks, security, and risk in ERP environments.
- Partner with executives to drive process improvement and technology innovation.
