Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead strategy, governance, and optimization of ERP for higher education clients. You will oversee a team of analysts and technical resources, ensuring enterprise applications support campus objectives.

You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions, drive adoption, and shape the long-term technology roadmap.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business administration, or related field.
• 8+ years ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years people management leading technical or business teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Knowledge of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and HE processes.
• Experience with Ellucian Banner/Colleague and Jenzabar ERP suites.

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across customers.
• Develop and execute the ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and priorities.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for ERP programs.
