Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead strategy, governance, optimization, and support for ERP across higher education clients. You will direct a team of analysts and technical staff, align ERP initiatives with campus objectives, and partner with executives to drive scalable, secure ERP solutions.
You’ll collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders to advance process standardization, system adoption, and the technology roadmap while balancing
Qualifications
- 8+ years of progressive ERP experience with leadership responsibilities.
- Experience in higher education ERP implementations and migrations.
- Strong governance, security, and risk management knowledge.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategy, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage a team of ERP analysts and technical resources.
- Develop and govern ERP roadmaps aligned with campus goals.
- Oversee upgrades, integrations, and change management.
- Partner with executives, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
