Job summary
Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education clients. You’ll manage a team of analysts and technical resources, coordinating with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
The role emphasizes process standardization, system adoption, security, and a long-term technology roadmap, with opportunities to influence operational performance and drive impactful
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or business administration is preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
- 3+ years of people management experience in higher education.
- Experience guiding ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
- Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, integrations, and reporting in higher education.
Responsibilities
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across multiple campuses.
- Develop and manage ERP roadmaps aligned with campus goals and IT strategy.
- Oversee governance, security, upgrades, and integrations of ERP platforms.
- Mentor ERP analysts and technical resources, setting goals and development plans.
- Partner with executives and business leaders to drive process standardization and automation.
