Boldyn Networks seeks an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for Higher Education clients. You will guide a team of analysts and technical resources, ensuring ERP supports business objectives and stakeholder needs.

You will partner with college leaders and executives to drive process improvements, roadmap alignment, and secure, scalable ERP implementations across the campus landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Business or related field.
• 8+ years ERP systems experience, including leadership.
• 3+ years people management leading technical or business teams in higher ed.
• Experience leading ERP implementations, upgrades and transformation.
• Strong ERP platform knowledge: integrations, reporting and automation.

Responsabilités

• Lead ERP operations and strategic initiatives for diverse higher ed customers.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals and growth.
• Oversee governance, testing, releases, changes, and deployments.
• Mentor ERP analysts and cross-functional resources for excellence.
• Partner with executives to drive process improvement and tech innovation.
