Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education customers. You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources, guiding ERP initiatives from planning through deployment and ongoing support.

You will partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to drive scalable, secure ERP solutions that improve operational performance, standardize processes, and align with the long-term technology

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and processes in higher education.
Experience with Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague, and Jenzabar ERP suites.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across customers.
Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
Oversee governance, upgrades, integrations, tests, and release management.
Manage team goals, performance, and professional development.
Collaborate with executives and stakeholders to drive process standardization and automation.
