Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education customers. You will manage a team of analysts and technical resources while ensuring ERP solutions support campus objectives.

In this role you will partner with college leaders and vendors, oversee upgrades, integrations, and change management, and drive standardization and efficiency across the application landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for a variety of customers.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals and growth.
• Oversee governance, upgrades, integrations, testing, and change management.
