Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an ERP Manager to lead enterprise ERP strategy, governance, and optimization for higher education clients. You will manage a team of analysts and tech resources, partnering with college leaders, IT teams, and vendors to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions.

You’ll drive process standardization, system adoption, and the long-term technology roadmap, balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership to support business-critical initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management leading ERP/enterprise systems teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for higher education clients.
• Develop and manage the ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for ERP applications.
• Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify process improvements and tech innovations.
• Oversee upgrades, integrations, and deployments across ERP platforms.
