Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to drive enterprise-wide transformation for our higher education clients. You will lead strategy, governance, optimization, and the ERP team, ensuring applications support objectives and scale with campus growth.

You'll collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver secure, reliable ERP solutions, manage upgrades, and guide organizational change while building a strong roadmap for future technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, business or related field.
• 8+ years ERP systems experience with leadership.
• 3+ years people management in higher education.
• Proven experience leading enterprise ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.
• Experience with SIS/ERPs in higher education (Ellucian Banner/Colleague, Jenzabar).
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, budgets, and third-party service providers.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills.
