Job summary

Boldyn Networks seeks an ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy and governance for higher education clients, guiding a team of analysts and technical resources, and aligning ERP initiatives with campus goals and business priorities.

You will collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions, overseeing operations, upgrades, integrations, and change management to drive standardization and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.

Responsibilities

Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts for a variety of customers.
Develop and execute the ERP strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
Develop and manage the ERP roadmap with organizational growth in mind.
