Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP strategy and governance for higher education customers. You will drive transformation, manage a team of analysts and technical resources, and ensure ERP systems support business objectives.

You’ll partner with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions, shape the technology roadmap, and improve operational performance across the application landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading technical or business systems teams in higher education.
• Demonstrated experience leading enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and business transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, workflow automation, and business processes in higher education.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts for a variety of customers.
• Develop and execute the ERP application strategy aligned with campus goals and business priorities.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for ERP applications.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology innovation.
• Oversee ERP governance, roadmap, upgrades, integrations, and system enhancements.
