Qualifications
- 8+ years ERP systems experience with leadership roles.
- 3+ years people management in higher education.
- Led enterprise ERP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
- Strong understanding of ERP platforms, integrations, reporting, and workflow knowledge.
- Experience with Ellucian Banner, Ellucian Colleague and Jenzabar.
Responsabilités
- Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement across diverse customers.
- Develop and manage the ERP roadmap aligned with campus goals and growth.
- Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
- Partner with executives and stakeholders to identify process improvements and tech innovations.
- Oversee ERP upgrades, patches, integrations, and deployments.
- Mentor ERP analysts and technical resources.
- Monitor system health, adoption, and metrics; drive optimization.
- Drive change management and user adoption for ERP initiatives.
- Collaborate with business leaders to standardize processes and drive efficiency.
