Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide ERP initiatives for higher education clients. You will drive strategy, governance, optimization, and support across ERP platforms while managing a team of analysts and technical resources.

You will collaborate with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure ERP solutions that align with business objectives and long-term technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive ERP systems experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience leading ERP transformations, upgrades, and business process improvements.
• Strong governance, security, risk management practices for enterprise apps.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP operations, strategic initiatives, and continuous improvement for higher education clients.
• Develop and manage ERP strategy, roadmap, governance, and standards.
• Mentor ERP analysts and technical staff; drive collaboration and accountability.
• Oversee ERP deployments, integrations, testing, releases, and upgrades.
• Partner with college leaders and vendors to align ERP with business goals.
