Job summary

Boldyn Networks is seeking an experienced ERP Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation for higher education customers. You’ll guide strategy, governance, optimization, and support of ERP systems while partnering with college leaders, IT teams, vendors, and executives to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

You’ll manage a team of analysts and technical resources, drive adoption, measure operational performance, and shape the long-term technology roadmap across the ERP landscape.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP systems experience with leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years of people management in higher education IT/business systems.
• Experience leading enterprise ERP implementations and upgrades.
• Strong knowledge of SIS/ERP platforms and workflow automation.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage cross-functional projects.

• Develop and execute ERP strategy aligned with campus goals.
• Lead ERP transformation, optimization initiatives from planning to support.
• Establish governance frameworks and best practices.
• Partner with executives to identify process improvements.
