Numotion, North America’s largest provider of mobility products and services, is seeking a customer care coordinator to handle new equipment requests, verify insurance, and coordinate service and order processing.

You will interact with customers, ensure accurate data, and work with internal teams to meet productivity standards while upholding Numotion's commitment to excellent service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers with new equipment requests, collects demographics, and enters data in the order processing system.
• Verifies insurance/funding eligibility and communicates financial responsibility to customers.
• Enters orders accurately and ensures intake steps are completed.
• Responds to customer inquiries and escalations to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Resolves issues without unnecessary transfers and de-escalates where possible.
• Coordinates scheduling of ATPs and seating technicians for evaluations and adjustments.
• Meets productivity and performance standards.
• Supports New Equipment department initiatives to improve results.
• Adheres to Numotion policies and confidentiality.
