Job summary

Numotion is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to manage new equipment requests, verify funding, and coordinate orders. You will maintain accurate data in the order system and keep customers informed throughout the process.

The role requires at least one year in customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office. A fast-paced environment and confidentiality are key aspects of the job.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and enter data to progress orders.
• Verify insurance eligibility and communicate financial responsibilities.
• Enter orders in the processing system accurately.
• Respond to inquiries and complaints to improve satisfaction and turnaround.
• Resolve issues without unnecessary transfers or escalations.
• Coordinate scheduling for evaluations and technician visits.
• Meet productivity and performance standards.
• Contribute to New Equipment department initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
• Uphold Numotion leadership principles and confidentiality.
