Numotion is the leading provider of mobility products and services in North America. The role supports new equipment requests, verifies funding, and coordinates order processing to ensure timely delivery of assistive technology, equipment and services.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment industry preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with new equipment requests and document demographics in the order system.
• Verify insurance eligibility and communicate financial responsibilities to customers.
• Enter orders and ensure accurate intake through processing.
• Respond to inquiries to improve customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Schedule ATPs and seating technicians for evaluations and adjustments.
• Meet productivity and performance standards.
• Support department initiatives to improve results.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow policies.
