Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, healthcare administration, pharmacy, clinical discipline, or related field.
- Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Epic Willow Ambulatory Certification required.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications.
- Analyze workflows and translate requirements into system solutions.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, IT and leaders on enhancements.
- Handle incident resolution, change management, and project coordination.
