Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA, is seeking an Epic Willow Applications Specialist to support Willow Inpatient and Ambulatory systems. You will analyze workflows with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT to drive safe, efficient medication management and system enhancements.

Qualifications
- 3+ years in application support, clinical informatics, or Epic experience.
- Experience with Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory applications.
- Ability to translate business/clinical requirements into system solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day Epic Willow applications and optimize workflows.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT to implement enhancements.
- Evaluate releases and upgrades to improve outcomes and safety.
- Provide incident resolution, change management, and project coordination.
