Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA, seeks an Epic Willow Application Specialist to support Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory systems. You will analyze workflows, implement enhancements, and coordinate changes with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT teams to ensure safe medication management.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and Epic Willow certification, with 3+ years of relevant experience; 5+ years can substitute for the degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as required.
• Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Ambulatory Certification required.
• Experience in healthcare IT and Epic Willow applications.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancements of Epic Willow applications.
• Collaborates with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, IT teams to analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
• Provide application support, incident resolution, change management, and project coordination as SME for Willow.
