Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA seeks a skilled Epic Willow Application Support Analyst to optimize Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory workflows. You will collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows, coordinate testing, and implement system enhancements to ensure safe medication management.

The role requires Epic Willow certification and 3+ years of relevant experience (or 5+ years without a Bachelor's).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant application support, clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or Epic experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree
• Experience supporting Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory applications in a healthcare environment
• Experience analyzing pharmacy workflows and translating business and clinical requirements into system solutions
• Experience with application testing, upgrades, change management, incident management, and system optimization
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, pharmacists, providers, nursing staff, and operational leaders on application enhancements and implementations

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders, and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
• Evaluate software releases, upgrades, and new functionality to optimize clinical and business outcomes while ensuring compliance and patient safety.
• Perform workflow assessments, gather functional requirements, develop testing plans, and support implementation of system enhancements.
• Provide application support, incident resolution, change management, and project coordination as subject matter expert for Epic Willow.
