Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA is seeking an Epic Willow Specialist to support Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory systems. You will partner with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT to analyze workflows, implement improvements, and ensure safe, compliant medication management.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field, plus Epic Willow certification and 3+ years of relevant experience in healthcare IT.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory Certification is required.
• 3+ years of relevant application support, healthcare IT, or Epic experience in a healthcare setting; 5+ years if no Bachelor's degree.

• Responsible for day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications.
• Collaborates with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, operational stakeholders and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement improvements.
• Provides incident resolution, change management, testing, and project coordination as SME for Epic Willow.
