Job summary

Sentara Health in Norfolk, VA, is seeking an experienced Epic Willow specialist to support Willow Inpatient and Willow Ambulatory systems. You will analyze workflows, collaborate with pharmacists, clinicians, and IT, and drive system enhancements to improve patient safety and medication management.

The role requires Epic Willow certification and at least 3 years of relevant experience; bachelor’s degree or equivalent considered. Competitive benefits and salary are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IS, health admin, pharmacy, or related field.
• Epic Willow certification required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant application support or Epic experience.
• Experience with Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory modules.
• Experience with workflow analysis and testing plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support, optimization, and maintenance of Epic Willow applications.
• Collaborate with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
• Evaluate software releases and functionality to optimize clinical and business outcomes.
• Develop testing plans and support implementation of system enhancements.
• Provide incident resolution, change management, and project coordination as SME for Epic Willow.
