Job summary

Medasource seeks an Epic Application Analyst – Willow Inventory to support an Epic Willow Inventory implementation for inpatient pharmacy operations. You will participate in design, configuration, build, testing, and go-live activities, coordinating with Pharmacy and Digital Applications teams to ensure proper par levels, reorder, receiving, and inventory balance workflows.

The role is primarily remote with occasional onsite collaboration and limited travel for go-lives.

Qualifications

• Epic Willow Inpatient and Willow Inventory experience required.
• Epic Willow Inventory certification strongly preferred.
• Experience with inpatient pharmacy inventory workflows and barcode-enabled processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Willow design, configuration, build, testing, implementation and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy, Digital Applications and project stakeholders.
• Support medication inventory levels, par configuration, reorder, receiving, and inventory balance workflows.
• Enable barcode-based medication receiving and inventory management; adapt to expedited timelines.
