You will lead application support, optimize workflows, translate business needs into Epic solutions, mentor teammates, and collaborate with clinical and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building, configuring, and supporting Epic Willow applications.
• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification is required.
• Epic Willow Inventory certification is required.
• 3–5 years of application support experience.
• Experience leading a team or serving as a technical lead.
• Ability to translate workflows into practical Epic solutions.
• Strong cross‑functional communication with technical, clinical and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Build, configure, maintain, and support Epic Willow applications for pharmacy operations.
• Evaluate workflows to identify optimization opportunities and improve end-user experience.
