Qualifications
- Active Epic Willow Inpatient Certification.
- 3+ years in healthcare industry.
- 3+ years Willow build/config/support experience.
- Experience designing and optimizing Epic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for Willow Inpatient design and support.
- Collaborate with clinicians and stakeholders to evaluate workflows.
- Lead Willow-related enhancements and optimization initiatives.
- Document designs, test plans, and change controls.
- Provide production support and on‑call assistance.
