Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Epic Willow Ambulatory & Inventory Analyst to lead the ground-up build and implementation for a large Epic deployment. The role is 100% remote, with potential travel around go-live in March/April 2027.

You will partner with pharmacy, clinical and IT teams to configure Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory, perform testing, validate builds, and support cutover and stabilization through go-live.

Qualifications

• Epic Willow Ambulatory certification is required.
• Epic Willow Inventory certification is required.
• Hands-on experience building Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory from the ground up as part of a new Epic implementation.
• Strong understanding of ambulatory pharmacy and medication management workflows.
• Experience with Epic build, configuration, testing, implementation, and issue resolution.

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Epic Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory for a new implementation.
• Partner with pharmacy, clinical, and IT teams to gather requirements and design workflows.
• Configure medication, inventory, and related pharmacy functionality.
• Develop and execute testing, validate build, and resolve defects.
• Support implementation readiness, cutover, and the March/April 2027 go-live.
• Troubleshoot Willow build and workflow issues.
• Maintain documentation of build decisions, configurations, and workflows.
• Provide consistent project updates and weekly status reporting.
