Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking an Epic Willow Application Analyst/Builder to support Ambulatory Pharmacy Services in a fully remote, direct-hire role. This position requires hands-on Willow build experience and active Willow Ambulatory and Willow Inventory certifications.

The analyst will lead application discussions, mentor teammates, translate workflows into robust Epic solutions, and collaborate across clinical and operational teams to drive improvements in pharmacy workflows.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building, configuring, and supporting Epic Willow applications.
Epic Willow Ambulatory certification – required.
Epic Willow Inventory certification – required.
3–5 years of application support experience.
Experience serving as an application lead or technical lead.
Ability to analyze workflows and develop effective Epic solutions.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, maintain, and support Epic Willow applications for ambulatory pharmacy operations.
Evaluate existing functionality and workflows to identify optimization opportunities.
Translate business needs into practical Epic Willow solutions.
Coordinate technical discussions and define requirements with stakeholders.
Serve in an application leadership capacity and guide solution development.
Mentor team members and promote structured problem-solving in Epic support.
Support enhancements and change initiatives in a healthcare IT environment.
Communicate technical recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
