Job summary

Medasource is supporting an Epic Willow Inventory implementation for inpatient pharmacy operations. The analyst will provide hands-on support for Willow design, configuration, build, testing, implementation, and go-live activities, working with Pharmacy and Digital Applications stakeholders to manage inventory levels, par configurations, reorders, receiving, and barcode workflows.

The role is primarily remote with local candidates preferred for occasional onsite collaboration and possible

Qualifications

• Epic Willow Inventory certification strongly preferred.
• Epic Willow Inpatient experience required.
• No additional education, license, or degree requirement provided.

Responsibilities

• Support Epic Willow design, configuration, build, testing, implementation and go-live activities.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy and Digital Applications to support inventory workflows and barcode-enabled processes.
• Assist with medication inventory levels, par configuration, reorder, receiving and balance activities.
