Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, or related field is required.
• Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory Certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant application support, clinical informatics, healthcare IT, or Epic experience with a Bachelor's Degree; 5 years with no degree.
• Experience supporting Epic Willow Inpatient and/or Willow Ambulatory in a healthcare setting; experience analyzing pharmacy workflows.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for day-to-day support, optimization, maintenance, and enhancement of Epic Willow applications.
• Collaborates with pharmacy leadership, clinicians, operating stakeholders and IT teams to analyze workflows and implement system improvements.
• Evaluates software releases, upgrades and new functionality to optimize clinical and business outcomes while ensuring patient safety.
• Provides incident resolution, testing, change management and project coordination as SME for Epic Willow.
