Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for scheduled employee training sessions at designated UAB locations.
• Greet participants, assist with attendance, directions, and sign-in processes.
• Set up classrooms, workstations, and training materials before and between sessions.
• Assist participants with basic computer functions and Epic login access.
• Refer technical or Epic questions to training staff or designated support.
• Support instructors with classroom logistics and routine administrative tasks.
• Monitor supplies and maintain organized training spaces.
• Transport materials between training areas and run related errands.
• Communicate participant concerns to training leadership.
• Perform other duties to support the Epic training initiative.
