Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in customer service, call center, administrative support, or similar.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal communication and professional demeanor.
• Comfortable with computers and basic sign-in tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and established processes.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with high volume.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work assigned schedules.

Responsibilities

• Greet participants and assist with check-in.
• Set up classrooms, workstations, materials, and supplies.
• Assist participants with basic computer functions and sign-in/out.
• Refer login problems and Epic questions to staff.
• Support instructors with classroom logistics and administrative tasks.
• Transport materials between training areas and run errands as needed.
• Communicate participant concerns and scheduling needs to leadership.
• Perform other duties to support the Epic training initiative.
