Responsibilities

• Provide on-site support for scheduled training sessions.
• Greet attendees and assist with directions and information.
• Set up classrooms and prepare materials between sessions.
• Assist with basic computer functions and login support.
• Direct technical or system-related issues to appropriate staff.
• Support instructors and training staff with logistics and administration.
• Monitor classroom needs and ensure participants have materials.
• Handle attendance and sign-in processes as assigned.
• Transport materials between locations as needed.
