Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for healthcare professionals and staff. You will be the first point of contact, enhancing their experience with Epic and assisting them in saving lives.

This role involves full training lifecycle responsibilities, including instructional design and workflow collaboration, with an emphasis on team collaboration and content development. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree and teaching or performance experience, with the ability to travel for training sessions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater in any major is required.
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Must be willing to travel 25-60% of working days.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for healthcare users.
• Design workflow-based training content with tight-knit teams.
• Assist staff in transitioning to Epic.
