Job summary

Epic seeks a Training professional to lead in-person and virtual sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will shape the user experience as they transition to Epic and help save lives through effective training and materials.

Responsibilities include instructional design, developing training content, and delivering scenarios across departments. The role involves collaboration with teams to create workflow-based content and engaging training experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major) required or preferred.
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area reimbursed.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Develop training materials and scenarios; handle instructional design.
• Work with organizations to tailor training and improve Epic software usability.
• Collaborate with the training team to design workflow-based content.
