Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will shape the training experience from instructional design to developing materials and scenarios.

You’ll work with teams to design workflow-based content, collaborate with organizations to tailor training, and contribute to projects making Epic more intuitive. Travel is required 25–60% with relocation offered and benefits described.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater in any major.
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days, with 2–4 day trips.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Serve as first point of contact for staff and users.
• Design training materials and scenarios from instructional design.
• Develop workflow-based training content with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with organizations to customize training and improve Epic usability.
