Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for healthcare users and staff. This role involves the full training lifecycle, from instructional design to developing training materials.

In this position, you will collaborate with teams to enhance the training content and contribute to projects aimed at improving user experience with Epic's software. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US and willing to travel 25-60% of working days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25‑60% of working days.
