Job summary

Epic is hiring a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users. You will be the first point of contact for staff and users, shaping their experience as they transition to Epic and helping them save lives.

You will manage the training process end-to-end, from instructional design to developing training materials and scenarios. You’ll work in tight-knit teams to design workflow-based training content and collaborate with organizations to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater (any major).
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical month including 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
