Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will shape the user experience as staff transition to Epic, from instructional design to creating training materials and scenarios.

You will collaborate with teams to design workflow-based content and engage in projects to improve software usability, traveling as needed. If you enjoy stage, classroom, or tour-guide experiences, this role could be for you.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater in any field.
• Experience in education, teaching, or performance preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
• Develop instructional design and training materials and scenarios.
• Collaborate with teams to create workflow-based training content and improve software usability.
• Travel 25–60% of working days with occasional trips lasting 2–4 days.
