Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead both in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff, becoming the first point of contact for many users. You will shape their transition to Epic and contribute to saving lives by designing and delivering training materials and realistic scenarios.

You’ll collaborate within tight-knit teams, develop workflow-based content, and engage with organizations to tailor training programs.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training or instructional content.
• Ability to design training materials and scenarios.
• Willingness to travel 25–60% of working days.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff.
• Serve as first contact for staff and users, shaping their Epic experience.
• Develop training materials and deliver end-to-end training projects.
