Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You will design training materials and scenarios, deliver sessions, and shape user experience as they transition to Epic.

You will collaborate with organizations to develop training, design workflow-based content, and participate in projects to improve software usability. This role may require travel and relocation assistance to Madison, WI.

Qualifications

• A history of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days with occasional 2–4 day trips.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users and staff.
• Design instructional materials and training scenarios and deliver them to users.
• Collaborate with organizations to develop their training and improve workflows in Epic software.
• Work in teams to create workflow-based training content and support initiatives to make the software more intuitive.
