Job summary

Epic is seeking a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. The role acts as the first contact for staff, shaping their transition to Epic and helping save lives.

The position includes from-scratch instructional design to creating training materials and scenarios, collaborating with teams to build workflow-based content and engage with client organizations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or greater required or preferred.
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• History of academic and professional success.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and other healthcare users.
• Be the first point of contact for staff and users and shape their Epic experience.
• Involve in training process from instructional design to development of training materials and scenarios.
